The latest collection by Spellbinders is sure to help you create beautiful cards and projects. I had the pleasure of using 4 of the new die sets included in this release.

I am obsessed with making and using flowers on products. The Cinch and Go Blossoms were easy to create. I die cut these flowers from vellum and cardstock with ease. My mini slimline features these flowers against a beautiful floral print from the January Card Kit of the Month. I foiled a sentiment, added a gold strip and then added a border to the front and back card edge.

The Romantic Slimline Borders are sure to add some stunning texture and elegance to your projects. The set features 4 styles of borders that you can create. I chose to use the same border for both of my cards, but the inking definitely elevates the look. Using my inks, I created a soft rainbow background. I layered my borders and the card center to create a cheerful card front perfect for sending birthday wishes. The sentiment is foiled with my Glimmer. I also added vellum cinch and go blossoms with a beautiful flower center.

I decided that the A2 Filigree Marquis die set was perfect for a elegant Valentine, so I made just that. I used gold foil paper and backed it with pink pearlescent cardstock. I backed the center with acetate to provide sturdiness and then strung ribbon through the back. I added dimension to the foiled oval and accented with red jewels.

I wanted to shake things up a bit, so I created a notecard with a shaker element using the A2 Radiant Navette die set. Instead of die cutting all of the plates as intended, I foiled the decorative edges. I popped up my shaker center and added a sentiment.
That does it for my projects with these lovely die sets. Be sure to head over to Spellbinders and grab yours today! Also, leave a comment on this blog post to be entered to win one of these cards. Winner will be selected on 1/21/22.
