Hi crafty friends! Thank you for joining me for the Hero Arts Holiday 2024 Catalog Blog Hop.

I am showcasing a two cards filled with color and texture that utilize some of the same products.
For the above card, I heat embossed the Kaleidoscope Snowflake Bold Prints onto Dove White cardstock at an angle using detail white ink. I then cut quarter inch strips of cardstock in the colors Peony, Cherry, Pesto, Shamrock, and Paradise and adhered them also at an angle on the panel. Using the Joyful Christmas Messages, I stamped part of the sentiment directly onto the pesto strip using Unicorn ink and "Christmas" onto vellum, heat embossing and die cutting the word. I adhered "Christmas" to complete the sentiment and cut my panel down to 3 3/4 inches x 5 inches. Finally, the panel was adhered to a vellum A2 panel and clear enamel hues were added to the centers of the snowflakes.
My second card was kept simple to show off the beauty of the Kaleidoscope Snowflake Bold Prints by stamping onto Arctic cardstock using Bermuda core ink. Using the Joyful Christmas Messages bundle, I heat embossed "happy holidays" using silver embossing powder and die cut that out. I then stamped the subsentiment onto Dove white cardstock using Bermuda ink. Once the sentiment was in place on the panel, I cut the panel down to 4 inches x 5 1/2 inches and adhered that onto an A2 panel of Paradise cardstock. Finishing touches for this card also included adding the clear enamel dots to the snowflake centers.

Such great cards! The snowflake one is ideal for larger batches. I especially like the one with the stripes, great way to use those little scraps, and can be adapted for any occasion.
